All prices and fees displayed by Vantage are in Hong Kong Dollars unless otherwise specified.  Vantage assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, claims, expenses, or fees incurred due to currency fluctuations.

Vantage reserves the rights to cancel any and all bookings or other transactions you have made on the Website after you have been prohibited from using the Website, with no liability whatsoever to you.

3. Exclusion of Warranties

You agree to use the Website at your own risk.  Vantage does not provide any guarantees about the Website, whether expressed or implied.  In particular, Vantage does not warrant that the products & services and the Website (a) will be able to meet your requirements,  (b) will be available at all times, nor (c) will be secure or free from errors or faults.  Vantage does not accept any responsibilities for the accuracy, or contents of any digital information sent or received at the Website or any aspect of its operation.

All warranties and other terms which are not expressly included in these terms and conditions are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.  Where we are liable to you under these terms and conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability will be limited.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage excludes all liability in relation to the Website and also Vantage disclaims all liability for any technical errors, corruption of data, unauthorised access to your personal data, and inaccuracies in information supplied by third parties that is beyond its control.

Vantage may terminate your use of this Website at anytime without prior notice or liability to you.  If you do not accept any changes to these T&C, you must terminate your continued use of this Website immediately.  Upon termination of these T&C, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Vantage and its third party providers, distributors, suppliers, agents, as applicable.

12. Governing Laws

These T&C are legally binding upon both Vantage and you.  These T&C are governed by and should be construed under the laws of Hong Kong as well as the laws of any other country or territory from which you may be using this Website so long as such other laws do not conflict with the laws of Hong Kong.  In the event of conflict, the laws of Hong Kong shall prevail, without reference to any conflicts of law principles.

13. Governing Version

These Terms and Conditions are available in both Chinese and English versions.  In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English language version shall prevail.
